Paying Tax in NYS:

Shipping Items:
Instead of going to the post office, if you have a scale you can mail things from home.

If they pay with paypal, there is a button 'ship now' and you basically just need the weight of the item. You can then drop off at the post office or even arrange a pick-up at your place.

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ship-now - Lets you ship to someone using paypal, even if they didnt pay with paypal.
